周彩存，男，1962年9月生，医学博士，主任医师，教授，博士生导师。现任同济大学医学院肿瘤研究所所长，肿瘤学系主任，附属肺科医院肿瘤科与肺癌免疫研究室主任。中国抗癌协会肺癌专业委员会和CSCO委员，中国老年肿瘤学会委员，上海市抗癌协会理事，上海市肺科学会和肿瘤学会委员；06年入选上海科委第二批优秀学科带头人。《肿瘤》、《中德临床肿瘤》和《中国癌症杂志》等编委。在日本留学二年，美国进修半年。在国内外刊物上发表学术论文近100篇，曾获安徽省科技进步二等奖2次。在肺癌综合治疗、生物靶向治疗和个体化治疗等方面积累了丰富的临床经验。主要研究方向为非小细胞肺癌的个体化治疗，肺癌早期诊断，表皮生生长因子受体酪氨酸激酶抑制剂的耐药机制与克服，细胞外基质与肺癌耐药与凋亡障碍之间的关系等。近年来，主持上海市科委重大攻关等课题5项，参加重大课题3项。

　　Caicun Zhou, male, born in Sep 1962, Ph.D.&MD, Professor, Chief doctor, Ph.D. Tutor, is the director of Cancer Institute of Tongji University medical school, the chairman of Oncology Department of Tongji University, the director of Medical Oncology and Lung Cancer ImmunologyResearch laboratory, Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital, a committee member of ChineseAssociation Lung Cancer Committee、 Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology、 Chinese Geriatric Oncology Society、Shanghai Pneumonology Association and Shanghai Oncology Association and a council member of shanghai anti-cancer association.
　　 He was selected into the second batch of Excellent learning pioneers by Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality (STCSM)in 2006. Now he is a member of editorial board of “Tumor”, “Chinese-germen clinical oncology”,”China oncology” and et al. Hestudied in Japan for 2 years and was a visiting scientist in MD Anderson CancerCenter USA, for half a year. He has accumulated rich clinical experience in the field of Multidisciplinary treatment, targeted therapy and tailored chemotherapy of lung cancer. He has published about 100 pieces of paper and was awarded twice Second Award of Science and Technology Progress of Anhui Province.
　　 His main research direction is tailored therapy of Non-small cell lung cancer, early detection of lung cancer, resistance mechanisms of EGFR-TKI, the relationship among the extracellular matrix anddrug resistance and apoptosis impairment of lung cancer.
　　 In recent years, he has been in charge of 5 Key research projects of STCSMand taken part in 3 major projects.
