He specializes in the surgical treatment of thoracic tumors such as lung cancer, esophageal cancer, pancreatic cancer, mediastinal tumors, the surgical treatment of tuberculosis and the comprehensive treatment of related difficult and complicated diseases, and is good at minimally invasive thoracoscopic surgery for various diseases of the chest.

In recent years, he has published nearly 50 papers (including more than 10 SCI papers), and applied for a number of projects including the Shenkang Emerging Frontier Project, with a cumulative funding amount of nearly 3 million RMB, and was awarded the Second Prize of China Medical Science and Technology in 2012.

He is a member of the China Anti-Tuberculosis Association, Vice Chairman of the Thoracic Surgery Group of the Clinical Specialty Committee of the China Anti-Tuberculosis Association, Vice Chairman of the Shanghai Anti-Tuberculosis Association, Member of the Chronic Non-Communicable Disease Control Specialty Committee of Shanghai Preventive Medical Association, Member of the Thoracic Surgery Group of the Chinese and Western Medicine Branch of Shanghai Medical Association, and Member of the Second Council of Shanghai Hospital Association.
